Car Accident – $251,500.00

My client, on the way home from work, was struck from behind by an inattentive driver.  The property damage was moderate, but the insurance company still argued that my client’s need for surgery was due to pre-existing degenerative arthritis, not injuries from the accident.  We did our best to convince the insurance company to pay, but our client was forced to file a lawsuit. The insurance company eventually paid.
